Booking Policy for Meeting with SOMN Instructors (Lumen High School Students) At Shades of Motherhood Network (SOMN), we want to ensure that all Lumen High School students have the support they need. Please review the following guidelines before scheduling a meeting with one of our instructors: Purpose of Meetings Meetings are designed for student support, questions about lessons taught, and homework assistance. This is a safe space to receive guidance and academic help. Scheduling Requirements Please schedule your meeting at least 24 hours in advance to give instructors time to prepare. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed and may not be available. Emergencies If you are experiencing a true emergency, please call 911 immediately. For urgent personal concerns that are not emergencies, please contact a trusted adult, school staff, or SOMN support staff. Respecting Time Be on time for your scheduled meeting. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us as soon as possible. By following this policy, you help us make sure every student gets the support they need in a respectful and timely way.
