Need Support? Contact our Family Navigators

Contact Hours: Monday - Thursday | 10AM - 3PM

Scheduling Hours: Wednesday | 11AM - 6PM

Our Family Navigators are trained guides, who help families access services, navigate complex systems, and find the resources they need. At the Shades of Motherhood Network, our Family Navigators provide culturally competent, community-rooted support to Black and Brown mothers, helping them move through healthcare, mental health, and social service systems with dignity and confidence.

Our Family Navigators are here to connect you to the proper resources. Once you connect with a Family Navigator, our Peer Support Lead will reach out to you to connect you to the proper peer support group for your needs!

If you are having an Emergency or in a Crisis  Call 911

SOMN

"Our vision is to create a future where maternal mental health equity is achieved by acknowledging and addressing the enduring impact of post-traumatic slave syndrome (PTSS) on individuals and communities. We envision a society that recognizes the historical trauma of slavery, actively works to heal its generational wounds, and fosters mental well-being for all."
