Participants are encouraged to respect each other’s privacy and not share details outside the group, including on social media or in casual conversations. 

The group is a safe space where trust is built on honoring one another's stories. 

Practice active listening by giving your full attention to the person speaking. 

Avoid interrupting or responding until they have finished sharing. 

Acknowledge and validate others’ feelings without judgment or dismissal. 

Create an inclusive, supportive environment by approaching all participants with kindness and understanding. 

Avoid criticizing or offering opinions that may make someone feel judged or unwelcome. 

Remember, every individual’s journey is unique, and this is a space for mutual support, not comparison.

Participants are encouraged to avoid texting, taking calls, or using their phones unless it is an emergency. 

If a phone must be used, step outside the group space to avoid disrupting others.
