Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Diverse Roots To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of time, please review the following policy when booking with Diverse Roots: Scheduling a Meeting All events or meetings must be coordinated directly with Kathy Trambitas. Meetings may be held via Google Meet, phone call, or in person at Diverse Roots. Please note: Kathy is not available for in-person meetings at any other location. Attendance Expectations If you schedule a meeting and do not attend without providing notice (“no-show”), you will only be allowed to reschedule two more times. After three missed appointments, you will no longer be able to book meetings with Kathy. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please email Ktrambitas@somnetwork.org as soon as possible. Kathy will follow up with you directly to confirm new arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting time and ensuring that meetings are productive and meaningful.
