Opening Ceremony: Stepping Into Your Calling
The weekend begins with a grounding ritual to welcome new doulas into the Souler System of Care. Participants are introduced to the S.O.U.L. Framework—Speak, Observe, Understand, Lead—which appears throughout SOMN’s training materials (pages 37–40 & 50–53) and guides the heart of birthwork.
