Childbirth Knowledge Art Exhibit
As part of Black Maternal Health Week 2026, the Childbirth Knowledge Art Exhibit offers a powerful cultural and educational experience exploring how Black traditions, adornment, and community knowledge support pregnancy, birth, and postpartum healing.
Presented in partnership with Providence Health, the Carl Maxey Center, and Diverse Roots, this multi-site exhibit highlights the sacred role of cultural practices, identity, and intergenerational wisdom across the Black maternal journey.
