About the event

Stories That Connect Us: Peer Support, Community & Connection
Join The Shades of Motherhood Network for a special multicultural gathering celebrating the power of peer support, community connection, and shared experiences.
Stories That Connect Us will bring families and community members together to hear real stories about peer support groups, community spaces, and connections that have made a meaningful impact on mental health and well-being.
This event is focused on the journey from pregnancy through the first five years of a child’s life, creating space for conversations around prenatal and postpartum mental health, maternal and paternal mental health, anxiety, depression, stress, isolation, parenting, emotional wellness, family wellness, belonging, healing, and community support.
Come connect with others, listen to meaningful stories, learn about support available in our community, and celebrate the ways connection can strengthen individuals and families.
