Join The Shades of Motherhood Network in partnership with NAMI for NAMI Family-to-Family, a FREE educational program designed for family members, significant others, and friends of individuals living with mental health conditions.
Led by trained NAMI family members with lived experience, this 16-hour program provides education, connection, and practical tools to help families better understand mental health, communicate effectively, navigate challenges, and access community resources.
